Dragons RFC are delighted to announce that GD Environmental will be Rodney Parade’s official waste management service provider for the next three years.
Based in Newport, GD Environmental is a total waste management company providing dry, liquid, and hazardous waste services to domestic and commercial customer across Wales and the Southwest.
Services include:
- Skip and Wheelie bin hire
- Recycling & Hazardous Waste Management
- Tankering Services
- Cess Pit Emptying
- CCTV Drainage Surveys
- Facilities Management
GD Environmental will now be providing Rodney Parade, Dragons RFC (members and staff), Newport County (members and staff) and affiliated local clubs with a full range of waste and facilities management services.
The goal is to help drive operational sustainability at our Rodney Parade home, while they will also be engaging with numerous Dragons Community programmes to promote a Wales of cohesive communities.
Oliver Hazell, Managing Director at GD Environmental, said: ‘This is a great opportunity for GD to showcase how it can support large scale organisations such to help improve their recycling rates and strive ‘Towards A Zero Waste Nation’.
“Like with all our customers, we work in partnership with both Dragons RFC and Newport County applying the waste hierarchy at all levels.
“Dragons RFC and Newport County do amazing work in the local community across a multitude of areas, and this is something we are very excited to help be a part of.”
