The countdown is on for the second block of games in the BKT United Rugby Championship – with Dragons back in training this week ahead of the upcoming trip to South Africa.
The players – minus internationals Will Rowlands, Rio Dyer, Ben Carter, Rhodri Jones, Bradley Roberts, Gonzalo Bertranou and Aaron Wainwright with the Barbarians – were back being put through their paces at Ystrad Mynach.
