Following the announcement that the United Rugby Championship (URC) derby between Dragons and Cardiff on New Year’s Day was postponed, the region has issued the following refund update:
Dragons Rugby would like to reassure supporters that have purchased tickets for the derby that the game has been postponed – and not cancelled – therefore, all tickets will be valid for the rearranged date.
We hope all supporters will be able to join us – subject to restrictions – when the new date is announced by the URC.
However, we will honour any refund request for this fixture from supporters and have made the following changes to the process following the postponement.
Any supporter who purchased tickets online and would like a refund for this fixture are asked to:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before 5pm on Monday, January 17.
- Provide us with your full name, booking reference and postcode.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 working business days.
If you purchased a ticket in person with cash, you will need to contact the Ticket Office with proof of purchase for a refund.
Supporters who wish to wait and see when the new date is are advised that they will have 30 days from that announcement to apply for a refund.
