Date announced for Bristol Euro clash


Dragons will go for glory in the European Challenge Cup when they face Bristol Bears in the quarter-finals on Friday, September 18 (kick-off 7.45pm).

Confirmed dates for postponed games in the knockout stages of the 2019/20 Heineken Champions Cup and European Challenge Cup were announced by EPCR today (Thursday).

Dean Ryan’s men will launch a huge weekend of European action when they make the short trip over the Severn Bridge to face the Bears under the lights at Ashton Gate Stadium.

The last eight clash against the Gallagher Premiership giants will be shown live on BT Sport.

All matches in Europe are subject to government guidelines and/or restrictions with EPCR prioritising the health and welfare of players, club staff, match officials, media, supporters and the wider rugby community.

Supporters who have purchased tickets for the quarter-final tie are advised that we remain in dialogue with tournament organisers EPCR over whether or not this game will take place behind closed doors.
