Rodney Parade is looking to recruit a key role of ticket office manager who will be responsible for the efficient management of all the ticketing needs of the business and management of the ticket office staff. 

Key Attributes:

The successful candidate will have experience of operating and managing web based ticketing systems and have the required IT skills to maximise performance and results from the system whilst managing the operational needs of the ticketing function.

The Ticket Office Manager should be highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. They must also possess an analytical mind set to track and predict ticket sales trends.

Possessing a true customer focus and a proven track record of customer care skills, the Ticket Office Manager plays a pivotal role between the sales, hospitality and operations departments of the organisation. 

Responsible for all ticket revenues, you will be expected to provide comprehensive database analysis and other information to support the marketing and financial objectives of the venue, such as sales information, audience profiling and identifying audience trends.

Most importantly, this person must be trustworthy and responsible when dealing with large sums of money.
