Rodney Parade LTD would like to apologise regarding the opening of the Clubhouse for Wales' opening World Cup match against South Africa.
An internal mis-communication led to the site not being opened despite the opening being publicised on the website and on Facebook.
An investigation has been undertaken and the error has been identified and dealt with to ensure that this does not happen again.
