As part of the commitment to involving the local community in the development of the redevelopment plans Rodney Parade Ltd have just published a Consultation and Communication Strategy. This sets out the commitment to a goal of "no surprises" for the people and organisations potentially affected by the scheme, or who have an interest in it and how they will be consulted. A downloadable PDF version of the Strategy can be found at the top of the Stadium Redevelopment section of this website.
Information will be provided through newsletters and through the local media. Details and drawings will also be posted on www.newportgwentdragons.com and www.blackandambers.co.uk, and in regular publications such as the match day programmes.
As a part of this process there will be an exhibition of plans at the stadium on the 18th and 19th February. This will provide an opportunity for the scheme to be explained in greater detail using the drawings and plans prepared to date, and to hear the views of those people with an interest so that they can then be incorporated into the design development process.
The exhibitions will be held from 6.30pm until 8pm.
