Newport Gwent Dragons end 2006 the way it began with a match against the Ospreys, but this time they face them away at the Liberty Stadium on New Years Eve, kick off 2.10pm.

The Dragons have announced a squad of 26 for the game and are waiting on news of Ian Gough (stomach bug) and Luke Charteris (nose).

Definitely ruled out through injury are Nathan Brew who injured his ankle in the 14-13 win over the Blues last Wednesday, Richard Fussell who injured his hamstring against Bucuresti in early December, Craig Warlow who has a broken foot, James Ireland who is struggling with a hamstring injury, Aled Thomas who has a knee injury, Matt Jess who has a broken leg, Bryn Griffiths who has been loaned to Cross Keys and long term injuries Steve Jones (shoulder) and Rhys Thomas (chest).
